As our products are health-focused and perishable, we are unable to accept returns on food items due to hygiene and safety regulations. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with your purchase.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return due to a damaged or defective product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Provide Images: Please include clear images of the damaged product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@londonlongevity.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include offering a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, including perishable goods like our health-focused chocolate, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns for custom products or personal care items. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

If the product is being shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without justification.
