Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Longevite Revolution Chocolate! We aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Here are the details of our process:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Time
Shipment with Royal Mail or other services is then supposed to be fast but we have seen that at some times like mid December it can take two weeks. In short, the vast majority of orders lead to receiving the products well within a week but it some cases it may take slightly more than two weeks.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Final costs will be shown at checkout. We try to have shipping costs that are interesting for bundles, to favour the routine use of our products.
Shipping Rates (International Orders)
For some countries, shipping rates can be optimised by relying on a local distributor if there is sufficient volume. If you order frequently and feel the shipping rate is high for your country, notify us and we will increase this priority among our tasks.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your Longevite Revolution Chocolate to ensure it arrives safely. Please note that packaging may slightly differ from website images due to occasional design updates.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please send a picture with the explanation at customer@londevity.com. We’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Change of Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change it after placing your order, contact us immediately at customer@londevity.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but address changes can’t be guaranteed once processing begins.
